Abdou Allayeh, PhD, is currently serves as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Koc University Research Center for Infectious Diseases (KUISCID). He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Al-Azhar University in Egypt in 2002, followed by his master’s and doctoral degrees from Al-Azhar and Ain Shams Universities, respectively, in 2008 and 2014. Commencing his professional journey in 2004, he has accumulated substantial skills and experience through diverse research roles and collaborative ventures. Notably, he embarked on postdoctoral research in molecular virology and immunology at the François Rabelais University of Tours in France, followed by further postdoctoral studies focusing on viral oncology at Zurich University in Switzerland.
