KUISCID researchers completed their TUBITAK 1002 project and published their study “Dysbiosis in pregnant mice induced by transfer of human vaginal microbiota followed by reversal of pathological changes in the uterus and placenta via progesterone treatment”, in the journal “BMC Pregnancy and Childbirth”which is a high impact journal of Springer Nature. The study investigated effects of dysbiosis in the vaginal microbiota during pregnancy and focused on new strategies to prevent premature birth. We congratulate all our researchers.
